Grounded, generative frameworks for aimful organizations building enduring value.
Ambition has terrain.
It’s rife with peaks and valleys, thickets and pits, wilds in which to get stuck, disoriented, or lost. Reductive, incremental gains to nowhere and lazy recommendations are unwelcome here - they corner progress and kill goodwill. Without the necessary momentum, no one ever reaches the other side.
Ambition is for the spirited and the gutsy. In this space, we work with those who dare cross it.

Sosalient is a boutique management consultancy for organizations on a targeted, formidable mission worth doing. The namesake speaks to the tangible, meaningful results we take seriously. And it implies much about our process of grounding the necessary, but often vague and conceptual, nature of ideation into hardcore reality.
We do this with language, leadership, frameworks, research, experimentation, and resourcefulness. As co-conspirators with our clients, we help them to think accurately about what they’re up to.
Because part of having an amazing adventure is proceeding boldly…while reducing risks along the way.

Trisha Tyler is a business leader who works with the aimful. She’s Board Chair at the Institute of Transactional Philosophy, the Founder of Sosalient, and a Sustainability Solutionist designing grounded, generative frameworks for large, sustainability-tantalized organizations. Ambition has terrain. Trisha helps traverse it.
She completed MIT's Chief Sustainability Officer program, won the Fire Hydrant award with her group for best impact project and earned her IFRS FSA / SASB credential in 2024. She’s a 2022 Executive MBA graduate at UCLA Anderson, with a focus on corporate governance initiatives to address sustainability and climate change. She was a Partner and the U.S. West Health Business Leader for Mercer, an operating company of MMC, a Fortune 200 business. Trisha was named Female Leader of the Year by the Seattle Chamber of Commerce in 2018. For decades, she’s been an ocean conservationist, diver, and underwater photographer. She’s a marathon runner, currently in training for the next one. She lives outside Denver, Colorado with her husband, her dog, and her mountains.
The future isn’t found - it’s forged by those willing to design it.
If you’re curious whether or not we should work on an idea together - I’d like to know.
